Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh. If the page still won't open, test it in a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. DNS issues can also block access — switching to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in your network settings often fixes it instantly.
This usually comes down to three things:
If the search bar freezes or filters produce empty results, try reloading the page without cache (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop). On mobile, force-close the app and reopen it. Filters sometimes get stuck in an invalid state — resetting them to default usually restores normal behavior.
Images failing to load are almost always a bandwidth or caching problem. Check your connection speed — slow mobile data struggles with high-resolution gallery images. Switching to a stronger network or enabling data saver mode in your browser can help. If thumbnails load but full images don't, the issue may be temporary on the server side; refreshing after a few minutes resolves it.
Double-check that your card supports online transactions and that 3D Secure is activated with your bank. Some banks block payments to automotive platforms by default — a quick call to your bank or approving the transaction through your banking app is usually enough. Also confirm the billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file.
If the auto24 interface feels sluggish — buttons lag, pages take long to respond — the problem is often local rather than server-side. Disable browser extensions one by one to identify conflicts. On mobile, background apps consuming RAM can throttle performance; closing them before using the service makes a noticeable difference.
Check that notification permissions are enabled in your device settings for the app. If you're using the web version, browser notification permissions may have been accidentally denied — look in the site settings section of your browser and re-enable them. Also verify your registered email isn't filtering service messages into spam.
