Users must not submit false, automated, misleading or manipulative reports.

Euradar may reject, ignore, aggregate, remove or downgrade reports that appear to be fraudulent, automated, abusive or unreliable.

Users may submit comments related to the availability or functioning of online services.

Comments are moderated before publication. Euradar may refuse publication, edit, anonymise, hide or remove comments at its discretion, including without prior notice.

By submitting a comment, the user grants Euradar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, edit, translate, anonymise and remove the comment for the purpose of operating the website.

Users cannot delete comments directly through the website interface. Removal or review requests may be sent to admin@euradar.net.

Euradar may use location information to show relevant country or regional outage information.

We may process:

• approximate country or city based on IP address;
• browser geolocation only if the user grants permission through the browser or operating system;
• location preferences stored in the geoPos cookie.

Precise browser geolocation is used only with the user's permission. Users can deny or revoke geolocation access in their browser or device settings. The website can be used without granting browser geolocation permission.

Where possible, Euradar uses approximate location, such as country, region or city, rather than precise coordinates.

Google Signals is disabled. Ads personalisation is disabled. Google Consent Mode v2 is not currently used.

Microsoft Clarity may record user interactions with the website, such as clicks, scrolling and page usage, for analytics and improvement purposes. Clarity masking is enabled to reduce the risk of capturing personal data.

Analytics tools are not used for retargeting, advertising profiling or showing ads.

9 Anti-fraud and security

Euradar uses its own anti-fraud system to protect the website and the reliability of outage statistics.

The anti-fraud system may use the tag cookie, which is generated taking into account the user's IP address and other technical information. The tag cookie helps to:

• prevent mass false reports;
• reduce spam;
• detect bots;
• protect statistics from manipulation;
• identify suspicious repeated actions.

The tag cookie is not used for advertising, retargeting or marketing profiling.

Because the tag cookie is generated with reference to the IP address, it may be considered personal data or pseudonymous data in some jurisdictions.

Euradar does not use browser fingerprinting techniques such as canvas fingerprinting, font fingerprinting, screen-size fingerprinting, timezone fingerprinting, device memory fingerprinting or hardware concurrency fingerprinting.
