Clear your browser cache and cookies first. Open settings, find privacy or history section, and delete browsing data for at least the past 24 hours. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all handle website scripts differently, so the problem might be browser-specific. Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings, as the platform requires it to display betting markets and live scores.
Contact your bank first. Many banks block gambling transactions by default or flag them as suspicious. You'll need to call them and authorize payments to betting platforms. Double-check that your card has international transactions enabled if bet-at-home processes payments through an overseas processor. Try a different payment method like e-wallets or bank transfer if card payments keep failing.
Uninstall and reinstall the app completely. Don't just update it. Remove it from your device, restart your phone, then download a fresh copy. Check your phone storage because apps malfunction when space runs low. Make sure your operating system is updated to at least iOS 13 or Android 8, as older versions lack compatibility with newer app features.
Your internet connection is probably unstable. Run a speed test and check if you're getting at least 3 Mbps download speed. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to see if that fixes it. Close other apps running in the background that consume bandwidth. If you're on Wi-Fi, move closer to the router or restart it by unplugging for 30 seconds.
