Website and app loading issues

If the Blau website won't load or the app crashes on startup, clear your browser cache first. For the app, go to your phone settings, find Blau in the apps list, and clear cache and data. Reinstalling the app often fixes persistent crashes. Check if your device runs the latest OS version — older systems sometimes conflict with new app updates.

Login errors in personal account

Wrong password attempts lock your account temporarily. Wait 30 minutes before trying again. If you're sure the password is correct, reset it through the forgot password link. Browser extensions like ad blockers sometimes interfere with login forms — disable them or try incognito mode. For app login issues, ensure you're using your phone number with the correct country code format.

Payment transactions failing
  • Check if your payment card has sufficient funds and isn't expired
  • Some banks block online transactions by default — call your bank to enable them
  • Try a different payment method if available
  • Clear your browser cookies and retry the transaction
  • Switch between WiFi and mobile data — network restrictions sometimes block payments
Mobile connection drops frequently

Restart your phone to refresh network settings. Go to Settings > Mobile Network and toggle Airplane mode on and off. Remove and reinsert your SIM card — dust or poor contact causes signal loss. Check if you're in a coverage area by testing in different locations. If problems persist indoors, weak building penetration might be the cause.

Internet speed slower than expected
  • Check your data balance — throttling kicks in after plan limits
  • Network congestion during peak hours (6-9 PM) reduces speeds
  • Switch between 4G and 5G manually in network settings
  • Reset APN settings to default values
  • Test speed in safe mode to rule out app interference
SMS messages not sending

Full message storage blocks new SMS. Delete old conversations to free space. Verify the recipient number includes the correct country code. Some messaging apps override default SMS — check which app handles text messages in your phone settings. If sending to international numbers, ensure your plan includes this option.
