Mobile data not working on smartphone

First, check if mobile data is enabled in your phone settings. Go to network settings and make sure data roaming is turned off unless you're abroad. Toggle airplane mode on and off to force a network reconnection. If that doesn't help, restart your device completely. Sometimes the APN settings get corrupted or misconfigured. Go to mobile network settings, find APN configuration, and verify that all parameters match those provided by your carrier. You can request correct APN details through customer service or find them on the website. Delete any duplicate APN profiles and keep only the correct one.

Cannot access online account portal
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies completely, then try logging in again
  • Make sure you're using the correct login credentials, check for caps lock
  • Try a different browser or use incognito mode to rule out extension conflicts
  • Reset your password if you've forgotten it or suspect it's incorrect
  • Check if your account has been locked after multiple failed login attempts
  • Wait 30 minutes before trying again if you see a temporary block message
Text messages failing to send

Check your message center number in SMS settings. This technical parameter sometimes gets erased after system updates. Your phone needs the correct SMSC number to route messages properly.
