First, toggle airplane mode on and off. This forces your phone to reconnect to the network. If that doesn't help, restart your device completely. Check if mobile data is enabled in settings and otelo is selected as your carrier. Sometimes the APN settings get corrupted - go to network settings and reset APN to default values. If you're in a building, move closer to a window or go outside to test the connection.
Double-check your phone number and password - copy-paste often includes extra spaces. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If you've forgotten your password, use the recovery option on the login page. Make sure your browser isn't blocking cookies, as the system needs them to maintain your session. Try a different browser or incognito mode to rule out extension conflicts.
Verify your card details are entered correctly, including the CVV code. Some banks block online transactions by default - contact them to enable it. Try a different payment method if available.
