App crashes during calls

The mobile application sometimes closes unexpectedly when you try to make or receive a call. First, check if you're running the latest version — outdated builds often conflict with newer iOS or Android updates. Clear the app cache in settings, then restart your phone. If crashes persist, uninstall completely and download fresh from the store. Make sure your device has at least 1GB of free storage, as the app needs space for temporary call data.

Account login fails repeatedly
  • Double-check you're using the correct phone number format with country code
  • Wait 15 minutes if you entered wrong password three times — the system locks temporarily
  • Try password reset through SMS verification
  • Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa
  • Disable any third-party security apps that might block authentication
Payment processing gets stuck

When topping up your balance, the payment might hang at processing stage. This usually happens because your bank's 3D Secure verification didn't complete properly. Go back and retry the transaction — the first attempt won't be charged twice. Use a different payment method if available. Check that your card allows international transactions, as some banks block payments to telecom services by default. Contact your bank to whitelist such payments.

Poor call quality and high latency

If you hear choppy audio or experience delays during conversations, test your connection speed first. The service requires stable 1 Mbps minimum for voice calls. Close bandwidth-heavy apps running in the background. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to see if your router is causing issues. In the app settings, try lowering audio quality from HD to standard mode — this reduces data usage and often stabilizes the connection. Restart your device to clear network cache.

Messages don't deliver

Outgoing texts stay in sending status without going through. Check your balance — even with an active plan, some message types require credits. Verify the recipient's number is correct and active. Force-close the app and reopen it. If using the web version, clear browser cookies and try incognito mode. Messages older than 48 hours in queue usually need to be deleted and resent manually.
