Mobile data connection not working

First, check if mobile data is enabled in your phone settings. Go to Settings > Mobile Network and toggle the data switch on. If that doesn't help, verify your APN settings. For Aldi Talk, the correct APN is 'internet.eplus.de' with no username or password required. Sometimes a simple airplane mode toggle fixes connectivity issues — turn it on for 10 seconds, then off again. Make sure you have sufficient credit on your account and your plan hasn't expired.

  • Clear the app cache in your phone settings under Apps > MEINALDItalk > Storage
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app from Google Play or App Store
  • Check if you're using the correct login credentials — your mobile number and password
  • Try resetting your password through the 'Forgot password' option
  • Ensure your phone's date and time are set to automatic
Payment or top-up failing

Payment issues often occur due to insufficient funds in your bank account or expired card details. Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Some banks block online payments by default, so you might need to enable e-commerce transactions through your banking app. Try using a different payment method like PayPal or direct debit. If the payment gateway times out, wait 10 minutes before attempting again to avoid duplicate charges.

SMS messages not sending or receiving

Check your message center number in phone settings. For Aldi Talk, it should be '+491770610000'. If messages aren't arriving, your inbox might be full — delete old conversations to free up space. Outgoing SMS problems can happen when you're roaming without the proper settings enabled. Restart your phone and test with a short message to another number.

Website error or page not loading

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the site again. Test with a different browser or device to isolate the problem. Sometimes DNS issues cause loading failures — switch to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) in your network settings.
