If the Odido app or customer portal keeps rejecting the password, first check whether the email address or mobile number is entered in the same format used during registration. A cached session can also break sign-in: clear browser cookies for the site, or force close the app and reopen it. If the verification code does not arrive, make sure SMS reception works and the phone is not blocking short-code messages.
A blank page, endless spinner, or pages opening partially usually points to browser-side issues or temporary server overload. Try another browser, disable content blockers for the site, and refresh with a full reload. If only some sections fail, such as bills or usage details, the backend may be delayed; waiting 10–20 minutes often helps.
Sometimes a payment is taken by the bank but still appears unpaid in the account. This usually happens when settlement is pending. Keep the payment confirmation and wait for the bank authorization to finish. If the status does not update within one business day, contact support with the transaction time and amount.
If there is no network, switch airplane mode on and off, then let the phone reconnect. Check whether the SIM is seated properly and whether network selection is set to automatic. After a SIM swap or number transfer, activation can take time; during that window, service may drop in and out.
Dropped calls, delayed SMS, or messages that never send can come from poor signal, VoLTE issues, or an outdated carrier profile. Restart the device, install system updates, and verify that the correct message center settings are loaded automatically. On dual-SIM phones, also confirm the right SIM is selected for calls and texts.
