If the Credem mobile app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, start by clearing the app cache through your phone's storage settings. On Android, go to the app info panel and tap clear cache. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Make sure the app version is current — older builds sometimes lose compatibility with updated server-side authentication.
This usually comes down to one of three things: a session cookie conflict in the browser, an expired temporary password, or a locked account after multiple failed attempts. Try opening the online banking portal in a private browsing window. If the issue persists, contact Credem support to check whether your account has been temporarily suspended.
Slow response from the banking portal is often a local network problem rather than a server outage. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to isolate the issue. Flushing your DNS cache can also help — on Windows run ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt, on macOS use the equivalent terminal command.
When a transfer sits on the confirmation screen without completing, avoid hitting the button multiple times — duplicate submissions can queue the same payment twice. Close the session, log back in, and check the transaction history first. If the transfer isn't listed, resubmit it once.
PDF statements and account documents sometimes fail to render when the browser's built-in PDF viewer conflicts with the file delivery method. Download the file directly rather than opening it inline, or switch to a different browser. On mobile, ensure you have a PDF reader installed before attempting to open documents from within the app.
