Website and mobile app won't load

When the main page times out or the app shows a white screen, first check your internet connection on other sites. Clear your browser cache or app data in system settings. If you're using older browser versions, update them since outdated software often conflicts with current security protocols. Try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi to isolate the issue.

Can't log into online account
  • Double-check your customer number and password for typos, especially if auto-fill is enabled
  • Reset your password through the recovery option if you've exceeded login attempts
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily, particularly ad blockers and privacy tools
  • Try incognito mode to rule out cookie conflicts
  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled in browser settings
Payment processing fails at checkout

Failed transactions usually happen due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or daily spending limits. Verify your payment method is active and has enough balance. Some banks block online payments by default, so contact them to enable e-commerce transactions. Session timeouts during payment can also cause errors, so complete the process within 10 minutes.

High ping and slow connection speeds

Network congestion during peak hours affects performance. Restart your router and place it closer to your device. Check if background apps are consuming bandwidth. For mobile users, switch from 3G to 4G or LTE in network settings. Running a speed test helps determine if the issue is with your provider or the service itself.

Messages and notifications don't arrive

Push notifications require proper app permissions in your phone settings. Go to app settings and enable notifications manually. Check if Do Not Disturb mode is active. For email notifications, look in spam folders and whitelist the sender address. Reinstalling the app often fixes notification delivery problems.

Media files won't upload or display

Large file sizes exceed upload limits, typically around 10-15 MB. Compress images before uploading. Unsupported formats like HEIC may need conversion to JPG. Clear app cache to free up storage space. If videos won't play, update your media codecs or try a different browser that supports HTML5 video.
