Service info and troubleshooting

Go3 App Won't Open or Crashes on Launch

If the Go3 app freezes on startup or closes immediately, the most common cause is an outdated app version. Check your device's app store for pending updates and install them. If the version is current, clear the app cache through your device settings, then relaunch. On older Android devices, force-stopping the app before restarting it often resolves the freeze.

Video Keeps Buffering or Won't Play

Buffering usually points to a bandwidth issue. Go3 streams in HD and 4K, so it requires a stable connection of at least 10–25 Mbps depending on quality. Run a speed test first. If speeds look fine, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to isolate the problem. Lowering the playback quality in the settings can help when your connection is inconsistent.

Login Fails or Password Is Not Accepted
  • Double-check that caps lock is off and that there are no extra spaces in the email field
  • Try the password reset flow — Go3 sends a reset link to your registered email within a few minutes
  • If the link doesn't arrive, check the spam folder and make sure you're entering the correct email address
  • On some browsers, saved autofill credentials get outdated after a password change, causing repeated login failures
Payment Does Not Go Through

Card payments can fail for several reasons unrelated to Go3 itself. Your bank may block unfamiliar recurring charges or foreign transactions. Contact your bank to confirm the transaction is not being declined on their end. Also verify that the billing address you entered matches what your bank has on file. Trying a different card or a PayPal option often resolves checkout failures quickly.

Thumbnails and Images Not Loading

When cover art and thumbnails fail to appear, the issue is typically a stale cache or a slow DNS response. Clearing browser cache or app data usually fixes it. If you're on a mobile network, switching between 4G and 5G bands can also help, as DNS resolution speed varies between them.

Search Returns No Results or Wrong Titles

This sometimes happens when the search index on the client side is out of sync. Closing and reopening the app refreshes it. On the web version, a hard reload forces the browser to pull fresh data from the server. If specific titles are consistently missing from results, the content may be unavailable in your region.
