If the Hansapost site refuses to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. DNS issues can silently block access — changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 often fixes it. If the problem persists across devices and networks, the server may be temporarily down on their end.
A failed login is usually caused by an expired session cookie or a cached password conflict. Clear your browser's cookies for the domain, then retype credentials manually instead of autofilling. If you get a 'too many attempts' lockout, wait 15–30 minutes before retrying. Password reset emails sometimes land in spam, so check there before requesting a second one.
When a payment stalls at checkout, the most common culprits are:
Disable extensions, use a fresh browser tab, and confirm your bank hasn't flagged the transaction.
Stuck tracking data is often a caching issue on the client side. Force-refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If the status hasn't changed in over 24 hours, the parcel may be between scan points — this is normal in transit. Try searching the tracking code directly on the carrier's own site for more granular updates.
Outdated app versions are the top reason for freezing. Check the App Store or Google Play for a pending update. If the app crashes on launch, clearing the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Hansapost → Clear Cache) usually resolves it without losing your data.
If shipping or status emails aren't coming through:
A sluggish interface during peak hours is typically a server-load issue. Switching to a wired connection rules out local Wi-Fi congestion. If only the Hansapost portal is slow while other sites load fine, the issue is on the service side — try again after 20–30 minutes.
