If Multimedia freezes on the splash screen or closes right after launch, the usual causes are an outdated app build, damaged cache, or too little free storage. Update the app through the official store, restart the phone, then clear cache in the app settings. If the device storage is nearly full, free at least 1–2 GB and try again.
If only the Multimedia site fails while everything else works, the issue may be on the server side. In that case, wait and retry later.
One-time codes may be delayed because of weak mobile signal, SMS filtering, or the wrong phone number in the account. Make sure the SIM has network coverage, messages from short numbers are not blocked, and the number in your profile is current. If email codes are used, check spam and promotions folders.
Repeated login failures often happen after autofill inserts an old password. Enter credentials manually, paying attention to keyboard layout and extra spaces. If you recently changed the password, sign out on other devices and use the newest one. When reset links do not work, request a fresh link because old tokens expire quickly.
Also verify that the billing address and country fields match the card issuer requirements if the form asks for them.
When media files load endlessly or the player shows a black screen, start with connection quality. Low speed or unstable Wi-Fi often breaks streaming. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, lower the video quality, and close background downloads. In a browser, enable hardware acceleration only if the current setting is stable; on some devices it causes playback errors instead of fixing them.
Large files may fail because of unstable internet, unsupported format, or size limits. Keep the app open until the upload finishes, avoid switching networks mid-transfer, and check the allowed file types. If progress stops at the same percentage every time, rename the file with simple Latin characters and try again.
Search problems are often caused by old app data or a partial outage in indexing. Refresh the page, clear recent app cache, and try broader keywords without symbols. If filters are applied, reset them: category, date, language, and region filters commonly hide expected results.
Push alerts may be disabled at the system level even if they are enabled inside Multimedia. Check notification permissions, battery saver restrictions, and background activity settings. On Android, excluded apps from battery optimization receive alerts more reliably. On iPhone, focus modes and scheduled summaries can delay delivery.
Lag, delayed taps, and frozen menus usually point to overloaded memory or an outdated device session. Close other heavy apps, restart the device, and install the latest operating system and app updates. If the problem appears only on one account, log out and back in to refresh local session data.
