If the site refuses to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a hard reload. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser entirely. Chrome and Firefox tend to behave differently with session handling, so a quick swap often reveals whether the issue is browser-specific. Also check that your system clock is set correctly — an incorrect date can break SSL handshakes and prevent secure pages from loading at all.
Double-check that Caps Lock is off and that you're not pasting in a password with a trailing space. If the account still rejects your credentials, use the password reset flow and set a new one. Occasionally the session token gets stale — logging out completely, clearing cookies, and logging back in resolves it without needing a full reset.
This is usually one of several things:
Attachments, images, or documents that spin forever are almost always a bandwidth or cache problem. Run a quick speed test to confirm your connection isn't the bottleneck. If speeds look fine, the locally cached version of the page may be serving stale asset URLs — a full cache clear fixes this in most cases. On mobile, switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data (or vice versa) can also unstick a stubborn load.
A frozen or unresponsive interface usually points to a memory issue in the browser tab. Close other tabs, especially any running video or heavy scripts. If the freeze happens repeatedly at the same point — like opening a specific section — try a different device to confirm whether it's local hardware struggling or something in the service itself.
Check your spam folder first. If My Ebox messages are landing there, mark them as not spam to train the filter. Make sure the email address in your account settings is entered correctly. Some mail providers also enforce strict DMARC policies that can silently drop messages — if you suspect this, try adding the sender domain to your trusted senders list.
