Appointment confirmation emails not arriving

Check your spam folder first. Gmail and Outlook often flag automated medical appointment emails as promotional content. Add noreply@doctolib.de to your contacts to prevent this. If emails still don't appear, verify the email address in your profile settings. A typo there means confirmations go nowhere. Also check if your inbox storage is full, this blocks incoming messages entirely.

Payment fails during booking process
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart the payment
  • Try a different card or payment method
  • Contact your bank, they might be blocking the transaction as suspicious
  • Use incognito mode to rule out browser extension interference
  • Check if your card has sufficient funds and isn't expired
Cannot log into patient account

Password reset is the quickest fix. Click the forgot password link on the login page. If the reset email doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check spam again. For persistent issues, try logging in from a different device or browser. Sometimes cached credentials cause conflicts. Make sure caps lock is off and you're entering the correct email address associated with your account.

Search results show no available doctors

This usually means you've set filters too narrow. Remove specialty requirements or expand the distance radius. Try searching without insurance filter first, then check individual profiles for coverage. Peak hours like Monday mornings have less availability. Search during off-peak times or look several weeks ahead. Rural areas naturally have fewer practitioners listed.

Video consultation won't load properly

Run a connection speed test. You need at least 5 Mbps for stable video calls. Close bandwidth-heavy applications like streaming services or large downloads. Grant camera and microphone permissions in browser settings. Chrome and Firefox work best for video consultations. Restart your router if connection drops repeatedly. Join the call 5 minutes early to troubleshoot before the appointment starts.
