Onet page will not open

If the homepage or a news section does not load, first check whether other sites open normally. A stalled load often comes from a corrupted browser cache, blocked scripts, or a temporary DNS issue. Reload the page with Ctrl+F5, clear cache and cookies for the site, disable ad blockers for a minute, and try another browser. On mobile, force close the app or browser tab and reconnect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Login keeps failing

A valid password can still be rejected if the keyboard layout changed, autofill inserted an old credential, or the session cookie is broken. Re-enter the email address manually, turn off Caps Lock, and remove saved autofill data for the login form. If two-step verification codes arrive late, wait for the previous code to expire and request a new one only once.

Mailbox does not load
  • Open the mailbox in an incognito window to rule out extension conflicts.
  • If the inbox stays blank, disable content blockers and script filters.
  • Check available device storage: a full phone can cause the app to freeze while syncing mail.
  • In the mobile app, remove the account and add it again if folders stop updating.
Messages are not sent

When mail stays in Outbox, the cause is usually a bad attachment, unstable connection, or an oversized message. Try sending a short text-only email first. If that works, remove attachments and add them one by one. Large video files should be compressed or shared through a link instead of direct upload.

Messages are not received

Incoming mail may be delayed by aggressive spam filtering, full mailbox quota, or sync lag in the app. Check Spam, Offers, and custom folders. If webmail shows new mail but the phone does not, pull to refresh, then verify that background data and notifications are allowed for the app.

Attachments will not open

Files that never finish loading are often blocked by browser security settings or a damaged local cache. Download the file instead of previewing it in the browser. If PDFs or images fail only in the app, update the app and set a default viewer for that file type.

Search returns no results

Search can fail after a partial sync or when filters remain active from a previous query. Clear date, folder, and unread filters, then search by sender address or exact subject fragment. In the app, wait for synchronization to complete before searching older mail.

App freezes or crashes
  • Install the latest app version from the official store.
  • Restart the phone and check for pending system updates.
  • Clear the app cache; if crashes continue, reinstall it.
  • Turn off battery optimization for the app if it stops working after being minimized.
Notifications do not arrive

Delayed alerts usually point to disabled push permissions, battery saving, or account sync errors. Confirm that notifications are enabled both in the app and in system settings. On Android, allow unrestricted background activity. On iPhone, make sure Low Power Mode is not suppressing background refresh.

Video will not play

Embedded clips on the portal may show a black screen when autoplay is blocked, hardware acceleration misbehaves, or the network is too slow. Refresh the article, lower video quality, and test playback in another browser. If sound works but the picture does not, disable hardware acceleration in the browser settings and reopen it.
