Service info and troubleshooting

FreePro Website Won't Load

If the site doesn't open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a different browser or device. DNS issues are a common culprit — switch your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 and recheck. If others can access it fine, the problem is likely local to your network or ISP.

Login Errors in Personal Account

Double-check that Caps Lock is off and you're using the correct email format. If the password reset email isn't arriving, look in your spam folder and wait up to 5 minutes. A stuck browser session can also block login — try opening the page in incognito mode to rule that out.

Payment Won't Go Through

Failed payments usually come from one of these:

  • Card issuer blocking the transaction — contact your bank and confirm online payments are enabled
  • Expired card details saved in your profile — update them in the billing section
  • Browser autofill inserting wrong card numbers — fill in the fields manually
  • Insufficient funds or daily limits set by your bank

If the charge appears on your statement but FreePro shows no active plan, wait 15 minutes and refresh — processing delays happen.

Transfer Fails or Gets Stuck

A stuck transfer often means a temporary server-side queue. Give it 10–15 minutes before retrying. If it remains pending, check the recipient details you entered — one wrong character in an account number or email will cause it to hang.

App Freezes or Interface Stops Responding

Force-close the FreePro app and reopen it. If freezing persists, check whether an update is available in the App Store or Google Play — bugs in older versions are the most common cause. Clearing the app cache on Android (Settings → Apps → FreePro → Clear Cache) fixes a majority of interface glitches.

Media Files and Images Not Loading

Slow or blocked media is almost always a bandwidth issue. Run a speed test — if your connection is below 5 Mbps, streaming and image loading will suffer. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) often resolves it instantly. Also check that your device date and time are set correctly, as certificate validation failures can silently block media requests.

High Ping or Slow Response Times

Background apps consuming bandwidth are a frequent cause. Close unused applications and pause any active downloads. If you're on Wi-Fi, move closer to the router or connect via Ethernet. Mobile users should check signal strength — low bars directly translate to high latency and timeouts within the service.
