Zenbox Website Won't Load

If the Zenbox site refuses to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a different browser entirely. DNS caching can also cause stale routing — flush it with ipconfig /flushdns on Windows or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on macOS. If the problem persists across multiple browsers and devices, the issue may be on the server side. Wait 10–15 minutes and try again.

Personal Account Login Fails

Wrong credentials are the obvious culprit, but not always the real one. Try resetting your password even if you're sure it's correct — sessions can get corrupted. Also check that your browser isn't blocking cookies, since the auth system depends on them. If you use autofill, the saved password may be outdated after a recent change.

Payment Not Going Through
  • Make sure your card details are entered correctly, including the billing address if prompted
  • Check with your bank whether the transaction is being blocked on their end
  • Confirm your card supports online payments and hasn't hit a daily spending limit
  • Try a different payment method if one is available
Slow Response and High Ping

Heavy server load during peak hours can noticeably drag down response times. Run a quick speed test to rule out your connection as the cause. If your internet checks out fine but the service still lags, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to bypass potential local routing issues.

Interface Freezes Mid-Session

A frozen interface usually points to a JavaScript conflict or an overloaded browser tab. Force-refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to bypass the cache entirely. Disabling browser extensions one by one can help identify if one of them is interfering with page scripts.

Email Notifications Not Arriving
  • Check your spam folder first — transactional emails get filtered frequently
  • Add the sending domain to your trusted senders list
  • Verify that the email address in your account settings is spelled correctly
  • If you recently changed your email, confirm the new address through the verification link
Mobile App Crashes on Launch

Outdated app versions often break after server-side updates. Go to your app store and install the latest version. If it still crashes, clear the app cache in your device settings without uninstalling — this preserves your data while wiping corrupted temporary files. On iOS, a full device restart sometimes resolves persistent launch failures.
