Your card gets declined even though funds are available. Banks often block international transactions by default. Call your bank and confirm you're making a legitimate booking with a Singapore-based company. Some cards require you to enable overseas payments in your banking app beforehand. If your bank keeps blocking the transaction, try a different card or use PayPal as an alternative payment method. Digital wallets like Apple Pay sometimes work when regular cards don't.
Check your spam folder first. Add noreply@agoda.com to your contacts to prevent future emails from going to junk. Gmail users should check the Promotions tab. If nothing shows up after 30 minutes, log into your account and check the bookings section. Your reservation details appear there immediately, even if the email is delayed. Screenshot the confirmation page as backup.
This happens when the app cache gets corrupted. Go to your phone settings, find the app, and clear its cache without deleting data. Restart your device afterward. If crashes continue, uninstall completely and download a fresh copy. Make sure you have at least 1GB of free storage, as the app needs space to load high-resolution images and maps.
Double-check you're using the correct login method. If you originally signed up through Facebook or Google, you must use that same button to access your account. Password resets only work for email-based accounts. Browser autofill sometimes enters old passwords, so type manually. Still stuck? Your account might be temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts. Wait 24 hours before trying again.
