If the product search returns empty results or irrelevant items, it's usually a temporary indexing issue. Reload the page, clear your browser cache, or try searching from the app instead. Switching between the web and mobile versions can help isolate whether the problem is platform-specific.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, verify the email address saved in your account settings. Mail delivery can lag by up to 15 minutes after placing an order. If you still receive nothing, the order status page inside your account is the most reliable source of truth.
