Ayvens Bank App Won't Open or Crashes

If the mobile app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, the most likely cause is an outdated version. Check your app store for pending updates and install them. If the app is current, clear the cache through your device settings — accumulated data can corrupt the local session. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app fresh.

Login Fails Despite Correct Credentials

A failed login usually comes down to three things: a mistyped password, an expired session token, or a temporary lock after multiple wrong attempts. Wait 10–15 minutes before retrying. If the account stays locked, use the password reset flow via the registered email or phone number. Also confirm your device clock is set to automatic — time sync issues can break authentication tokens.

Payment Does Not Go Through

When a payment gets stuck or returns an error, start by checking your card's daily transaction limit and whether the recipient details are entered correctly. A single wrong digit in the account number will cause an instant rejection. If the details look right and funds are available, the issue may be on the processing side — wait a few minutes and retry. Persistent failures on the same transaction are worth reporting through in-app support with the error code visible on screen.

Transfer Stuck in Pending Status

Transfers can hang in pending for several reasons:

  • Bank processing windows — transfers initiated late in the evening often move to the next business day
  • Incorrect recipient bank code or routing number
  • Security hold triggered by an unusual transaction pattern
  • Temporary unavailability of the interbank settlement system

If a transfer stays pending beyond 24 hours, contact support and provide the transaction ID.

Interface Frozen or Buttons Not Responding

A frozen interface is almost always a client-side issue. Force-close the app and reopen it. If you're using the web version, do a hard refresh and check whether the problem persists in a different browser. Disabling browser extensions, especially ad blockers and script managers, often resolves layout and interaction bugs.

Notifications and Messages Not Arriving

Missing push notifications usually mean the app lost its notification permission after an OS update. Go to your device settings, find the app in the notifications section, and make sure alerts are enabled. For SMS-based codes, poor mobile signal is the most common culprit — move to an area with better coverage and request the code again.

Documents and Statements Fail to Load

PDF statements or account documents that refuse to load are typically caused by a slow or unstable connection. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa. If the file still won't download, check that your device has enough free storage and that the browser or app has permission to save files locally.
