Login problems with online banking

If you can't log into your account, first check your access credentials. The system locks your account after multiple failed attempts with incorrect PIN or password. Wait 24 hours or contact support to unlock it. Make sure your keyboard layout matches the language you used when creating credentials. Clear browser cookies and cache, then try again. Sometimes browser extensions interfere with login forms, so test in incognito mode.

photoTAN app not generating codes

The photoTAN app requires camera access and proper lighting to scan the flickering graphic. Hold your phone steady about 10-15 cm from the screen. If the app freezes during scanning, close it completely and restart. Check that you're using the latest version from App Store or Google Play. The graphic on screen must be fully visible without any browser toolbars covering parts of it. Adjust screen brightness to maximum for better recognition.

Transaction timeout or payment failure
  • Check your account balance and available limits before initiating transfers
  • Large transactions may require additional TAN confirmation within limited time
  • Don't refresh the page while transaction is processing
  • Verify recipient's IBAN format is correct with no extra spaces
  • Some international transfers need additional details like BIC code
Mobile app crashes or freezes

Outdated app versions cause most stability issues. Update to the latest release through your phone's app store. If problems persist, uninstall completely and do a fresh installation. Check that your phone's operating system meets minimum requirements: iOS 14 or Android 8 and higher. Free up device storage space as banking apps need room for temporary files and security certificates.

Document upload not working

The platform accepts PDF and common image formats like JPG or PNG. File size limit is typically 5 MB per document. Reduce image resolution if upload fails repeatedly. Use your phone's document scanning feature instead of regular camera for better quality and smaller files. Stable internet connection is essential, switch from mobile data to WiFi if available.

Server connection errors during peak hours

High traffic during business hours sometimes slows down response times. Try accessing your account early morning or late evening. Check your internet connection stability, restart your router if pages load slowly. Browser cache overflow can cause connection errors, clear it regularly. If you see timeout messages, wait a few minutes before retrying rather than clicking repeatedly.
