Customer portal login fails repeatedly

Check your login credentials first. If you're sure the password is correct, clear your browser cache and cookies. Try accessing the portal in incognito mode to rule out extension conflicts. Password reset emails typically arrive within 5 minutes. If nothing comes through, check your spam folder and verify the email address linked to your account.

Payment transaction doesn't go through

Your bank might be blocking the transaction for security reasons. Contact your bank to authorize payments to the energy provider. Double-check that your account has sufficient funds and that your card hasn't expired. For direct debit issues, verify your IBAN details in the customer portal. Processing delays can occur during weekends, so wait until the next business day before trying again.

Meter reading submission keeps failing
  • Enter only numbers without spaces or special characters
  • Make sure you're submitting the correct meter type (electricity or gas)
  • Take a photo of your meter as backup proof
  • Try submitting during off-peak hours if the system seems overloaded
  • Use the mobile app as an alternative to the website
Customer portal shows outdated billing information

Refresh the page using Ctrl+F5 to force-load new data. Your browser might be displaying cached content. Billing updates typically appear 2-3 days after meter readings are processed. If you submitted a reading recently, give the system time to calculate your new charges. Log out completely and log back in to sync the latest data.

Mobile app crashes on startup

Update the app to the latest version from your app store. Outdated versions often have compatibility issues with newer operating systems. Clear the app cache in your phone settings, or uninstall and reinstall completely. Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date. If crashes persist, try using the mobile website instead.

Cannot download invoice documents

PDF downloads require sufficient storage space on your device. Check available memory before trying again. Your browser's pop-up blocker might be preventing the download window from opening. Disable it temporarily or add the domain to your allowed list. Try right-clicking the download link and selecting 'Save As' instead of direct clicking.
