Service info and troubleshooting

EOLO Website Won't Load

If the EOLO site fails to open, start by clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try a different browser. Check whether the issue persists on mobile data versus Wi-Fi — this helps isolate whether it's a DNS problem on your home network. Setting your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 often resolves it without any further steps.

Login Fails in the Personal Account

A failed login is usually caused by cached credentials or a session conflict. Clear the browser's stored data for the site, close all tabs, and retry. If the password reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address you're entering matches your registered one exactly. Too many failed attempts can trigger a temporary lock — wait 15–20 minutes before trying again.

Internet Connection Drops Frequently
  • Reboot your router and the EOLO modem, waiting at least 30 seconds before powering them back on.
  • Check all cable connections between the modem and the router — a loose Ethernet cable is a surprisingly common culprit.
  • Log into the router admin panel and look at the signal level reported by the modem. A value below the recommended range points to a line quality issue that requires a technician visit.
  • If drops happen at the same time each day, note the pattern and report it to support — it helps them identify congestion on a specific node.
High Ping or Slow Speeds

Run a speed test using fast.com or speedtest.net while connected directly to the modem via cable, bypassing the router. If results are far below your contracted plan, restart the modem and retest. Persistent underperformance during evening hours usually signals network congestion and should be escalated to technical support with your test results attached.

No Signal or Service Unavailable

Outdoor antenna alignment can shift after strong wind or rain. If EOLO uses a fixed wireless connection at your address, check whether the antenna on the roof or window is visibly misaligned. Indoor equipment should show status lights — a red or blinking amber light on the modem typically means no signal from the base station. Don't attempt to realign the antenna yourself; contact support to schedule a field technician.

Online Payment Not Going Through

If a payment fails in the customer portal, first verify the card details and billing address are current. Some banks block recurring or foreign-registered billing attempts — a quick call to your bank to authorize the transaction often solves it immediately. If the portal itself freezes during checkout, try a different device or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
