App crashes when opening delivery history

If the Flink app freezes or shuts down when you try to view past orders, clear the app cache first. Go to your phone settings, find Flink in the app list, and tap 'Clear Cache' (not 'Clear Data' — that erases your login). If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your account stays intact, just log back in.

Payment gets declined at checkout

This usually happens when your card issuer blocks the transaction or your payment details are outdated. Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Try a different payment method — add another card or use PayPal if available. Sometimes banks flag quick purchases as suspicious, so contact your bank to approve payments to Flink.

Website won't load or shows error
  • Check your internet connection by opening another site
  • Clear browser cookies and cache in settings
  • Try a different browser or switch to incognito mode
  • Restart your router if other sites load slowly too
  • Wait 10-15 minutes — the server might be temporarily overloaded
Can't log into account

Reset your password if you've forgotten it — tap 'Forgot password' on the login screen and follow the email instructions. Make sure you're using the correct email address tied to your account. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. Still locked out? Contact support through the website chat — they can verify your identity and restore access.

Order confirmation never arrives
  • Verify the email address in your account settings is correct
  • Check spam and promotions folders
  • Add noreply@goflink.com to your contacts
  • Screenshot your order number from the app as backup
  • Enable push notifications so you get updates even if email fails
App shows incorrect delivery address

Edit your saved addresses before placing an order. Tap your profile icon, go to 'Addresses,' and update or delete outdated locations. GPS sometimes picks the wrong spot, so manually enter your street and apartment number. If the app keeps reverting to an old address, remove it completely and add your current one fresh.
