Legion app won't connect to gaming account

First, check your internet connection and restart the router if needed. Log out from the app completely, clear cache in your phone settings under Apps section, then log back in. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the application from scratch. Make sure you're running the latest version available in your app store.

Game performance monitoring shows incorrect data

The built-in performance overlay sometimes displays wrong FPS or temperature readings after driver updates. Open Legion Space, go to settings and toggle off the performance monitoring feature. Restart your laptop, then enable it again. Update Lenovo Vantage to the latest version as it manages system metrics.

Cannot access cloud save synchronization
  • Check if your subscription is active in account settings
  • Verify that cloud storage hasn't reached its limit
  • Disable firewall temporarily to test if it blocks sync
  • Sign out from all devices and sign in again on your primary machine
  • Contact support if files still won't upload after 24 hours
Legion Arena marketplace loading endlessly

Clear your browser cache and cookies, or switch to a different browser entirely. The marketplace works best in Chrome or Edge. Disable browser extensions that might interfere with page loading, especially ad blockers. Check if your antivirus software blocks certain scripts and add the website to exceptions.

RGB lighting controls freeze interface

This happens when multiple RGB apps run simultaneously. Close any third-party lighting software like OpenRGB or SignalRGB. Open Task Manager and end all processes related to lighting control. Launch Legion Space as administrator and reconfigure your lighting profile from scratch.

High ping during online multiplayer sessions

Your network settings might need optimization. In Windows, disable background apps that consume bandwidth. Set your game to high priority in Task Manager. Use ethernet cable instead of WiFi when possible. Check if your ISP throttles gaming traffic during peak hours and contact them directly.
