If the page just spins or throws a connection error, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then do a hard reload. If that doesn't help, try a different browser entirely. Chrome and Firefox tend to behave better with webmail interfaces than older or less common alternatives. Check whether your DNS is resolving correctly by trying to open another site — if everything else loads fine, the issue is likely on the service side and will resolve on its own within a few hours.
Authentication problems usually fall into a few categories. Wrong credentials are the obvious one, but sometimes the autofill function pastes an outdated password. Type it manually to rule that out. If you've recently changed your password on one device, other active sessions may still be trying to use the old one. Log out everywhere and log back in fresh. Repeated failed attempts can temporarily lock the account, so waiting 15–20 minutes before retrying often helps.
This is usually a connection timeout or an attachment size issue. Libero Mail enforces attachment limits, so anything over 25 MB is likely to fail silently or return an error. Compress files before attaching or use a file-sharing link instead. If the message has no attachment and still won't send, disable any browser extensions that interact with page content — ad blockers or script managers sometimes interfere with the send function.
When images inside emails don't load, it's often a browser setting blocking remote content. Most browsers let you allow content loading per site — find that option in the browser's privacy or content settings and whitelist the webmail domain. For attachments that won't download, check available disk space on your device and make sure pop-up blocking isn't preventing the download dialog from appearing.
Heavy inbox folders with thousands of messages can cause the interface to lag or lock up. Archiving or deleting old mail in bulk helps. If freezing happens immediately on load, disable browser extensions one by one to identify the culprit. On mobile, force-closing the app and restarting it clears most temporary glitches — if the problem persists, reinstalling the app is the cleanest fix.
Outdated app versions are the most common cause here. Check the App Store or Google Play for pending updates. If the app is current but sync still fails, remove the account from the app settings and add it again. This resets the local session without affecting stored mail on the server.
