NU App Won't Open or Crashes on Launch

If the NU app freezes on the splash screen or closes immediately, start by clearing the app cache through your phone settings. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the official store. Make sure your operating system is up to date — older Android or iOS versions sometimes cause compatibility failures.

Login Errors in Personal Account

Authentication failures usually come down to three things:

  • Expired session — simply log out and back in
  • Incorrect credentials — reset your password through the recovery option on the login screen
  • Server-side delays — wait a couple of minutes and try again, especially during peak hours
Payment Not Going Through

If a transaction gets stuck or returns an error, first check that your card details are entered correctly and the card hasn't expired. Some failures happen due to insufficient funds or daily limits set by your bank. If everything looks fine on your end, the issue may be a temporary processing delay — wait 10–15 minutes before retrying.

Transfer Fails or Hangs Indefinitely

A transfer that spins without completing is often caused by a weak internet connection at the moment of confirmation. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa and resubmit. If the amount was debited but the transfer shows no confirmation, don't repeat the operation — contact support with your transaction ID.

Interface Freezes or Buttons Don't Respond

Force-close the app and reopen it. If the interface stays frozen regularly, free up storage space on your device — low memory directly affects app performance.

Slow Loading and High Latency
  • Check your connection speed with any browser-based speed test
  • Restart your router or toggle airplane mode on and off to reset the mobile connection
  • Avoid using the service on congested public Wi-Fi networks
Media Files and Documents Not Loading

Images and attached documents sometimes fail to load when the connection is unstable. Try switching networks, then pull down to refresh the screen. If specific files consistently refuse to load, check that the app has permission to access storage and network in your device settings.
