If the Orange app closes immediately after launch, clear the cache through your phone settings. Go to Apps, find Orange, select Storage, and tap Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the application. Make sure you're running the latest version from the app store.
Check that you're entering the correct phone number and password. After three failed attempts, the system blocks access for 15 minutes. If you've forgotten your password, use the recovery option on the login page. You'll receive a reset code via SMS. Make sure your phone number is active and can receive messages.
Restart your phone first. If the signal doesn't return, toggle airplane mode on and off. Check if there's a network outage in your area by calling customer service from another phone. Remove and reinsert your SIM card, making sure it's properly seated. In settings, verify that network selection isn't set to manual mode.
Test your speed at different times of day. If you've used your monthly data allowance, speeds are throttled until the next billing cycle. Move to a location with better coverage. Disable background apps that consume data. Reset network settings on your device, though you'll need to re-enter WiFi passwords afterward.
Confirm the recipient's number is correct and includes the country code for international messages. Check your message center number in SMS settings. If your inbox is full, delete old messages. Sometimes network congestion delays delivery, wait a few minutes and try again.
