If the app closes right after launch or hangs on the splash screen, the usual causes are an outdated build, damaged cache, or a temporary backend outage. Update the app through the official store, restart the phone, and clear cache in the app settings. If that does not help, reinstall it and make sure the device has enough free storage.
If only the Pin site fails while everything else works, the problem may be on the service side and it usually clears after some time.
Login errors often come from an incorrect password, expired session, or a code sent to an old phone number. Re-enter credentials manually instead of using autofill, request password reset, and confirm that the number linked to the account is active. If two-factor codes do not arrive, check spam SMS filtering and whether the phone has signal.
A payment may also fail if the merchant session expired or the app froze before confirmation.
A transfer can stay in processing if the recipient details were entered with a typo, the bank is doing additional checks, or there is a queue on the payment gateway. Review the status in the account, do not create duplicate transfers immediately, and save the operation ID. If the money was debited but the recipient did not get it, contact support with the exact time and amount.
When buttons do not respond or pages open with a long delay, the reason is often low memory on the device, too many background apps, or a weak connection. Close other apps, switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or back, and restart the session. On older phones, disabling battery optimization for the app can help.
If codes arrive late, use the most recent one only: older codes are often invalidated automatically.
Images, receipts, or documents may fail to upload when the file is too large, the format is unsupported, or the internet connection drops mid-transfer. Reduce file size, rename the file with simple characters, and retry on a stable network. If media inside the app does not display, clear cache and check that data-saving mode is not blocking downloads.
