Login Fails or Page Won't Load

If the login page freezes or throws an authentication error, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Chrome and Firefox tend to work best with the trading platform — Safari occasionally has rendering issues. If you're on the mobile app and it won't open your session, force-close it and restart. Also check whether your device clock is synced correctly; a skewed system time can break the token-based login.

Two-Factor Authentication Code Not Working

The SMS with your verification code sometimes arrives with a delay of up to two minutes, especially on certain mobile carriers. Wait before requesting a new one — triggering multiple codes in a row can lock the flow. If codes consistently fail to arrive, check that your registered phone number is correct in your account settings and that your carrier isn't filtering short-code messages.

Orders Not Going Through

When a buy or sell order gets stuck on 'pending' or returns an error, the cause is usually one of these:

  • Market is closed or the instrument has a trading halt
  • Insufficient buying power or unsettled funds from a recent trade
  • Session timeout — log out and back in, then retry
  • Temporary connectivity issue between your client and the exchange gateway

Refreshing the page and resubmitting often resolves it when the root cause is a brief server hiccup.

App Interface Frozen or Unresponsive

The mobile app occasionally freezes on the portfolio screen after extended background use. Force-quitting and reopening the app fixes this in most cases. If it keeps happening, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play — outdated builds are the most common culprit behind persistent freezes.

Charts and Market Data Not Loading

If price charts display as blank or market data stops updating, the issue is usually a stale WebSocket connection. Reload the page or toggle airplane mode on your phone briefly to force a reconnect. On desktop, disabling browser extensions — particularly ad blockers — can also restore the data feed, since some extensions interfere with real-time streaming.

Deposits Not Reflecting in Account

Bank transfers typically take one to two business days to appear. If your deposit hasn't shown up after that window, verify that you included the correct payment reference in your transfer. A missing or wrong reference is the most frequent reason funds get delayed. Contact support with your bank's transaction confirmation if the issue persists beyond three business days.
