Login fails with incorrect password error

You enter credentials correctly, but the system rejects them. First, check if Caps Lock is on — this trips up more users than you'd think. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If you've recently changed your password, wait 10-15 minutes for the system to sync. Browser autofill sometimes inserts old data, so type manually. Still blocked? Your account might be temporarily locked after several failed attempts. Wait 30 minutes or call the hotline to unlock it immediately.

Online banking page won't load
  • Check your internet connection by opening other websites
  • Try a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers
  • Clear DNS cache: open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns
  • Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds
  • Check if your firewall blocks the banking domain
Transaction gets stuck or disappears

You confirm a payment, but nothing happens or the screen freezes. Don't click the button multiple times — this can create duplicate transactions. Wait two minutes, then refresh the page. Check your transaction history to see if it actually went through. The interface sometimes lags while the backend processes normally. If the amount was debited but the recipient claims they didn't receive it, wait until the next business day before contacting support — interbank transfers need processing time.

Mobile app crashes on startup

Update the app through App Store or Google Play — outdated versions often conflict with new security protocols. Restart your phone completely, not just close the app. Check available storage space; the app needs at least 500 MB free to function properly. If crashes persist, uninstall and reinstall the app. You'll need your login credentials again, so have them ready.

TAN confirmation SMS doesn't arrive

Your phone number might have changed in the system without proper update. Check if you have cellular signal — SMS won't come through on Wi-Fi alone. Sometimes messages delay by 5-10 minutes during high traffic periods. Request a new TAN only once; multiple requests flood the system and delay everything further. If you switched to a new phone recently, update your device information in security settings.
