The mobile application freezes or closes unexpectedly when you try to view your holdings. Clear the app cache first: go to your phone settings, find Trade Republic in the app list, and wipe cached data. SEPA transfers don't process on weekends or holidays, so timing matters. If the money left your bank but hasn't appeared in your trading account after two days, screenshot both your bank statement and the app transaction history before reaching out to customer service.

If quotes stay frozen for more than five minutes while your internet works fine elsewhere, the issue sits on their end.
