If the mobile app crashes on launch or shows a blank screen, start by force-closing it and clearing the cache in your phone's app settings. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the official store. Outdated builds often break after backend updates on the bank's side.
Double-check that Caps Lock isn't on and that you're entering your PIN or password in the right format. If the account gets locked after several failed attempts, use the password reset flow in the app or call support to unblock access. Browser autofill sometimes inserts an extra space, which causes silent login failures on the web version.

Domestic transfers in Poland normally settle within seconds via the Express Elixir system. If a transfer shows as pending for more than 15–20 minutes, check whether you sent it to an account that only supports standard Elixir processing, which runs in batches during business hours. Weekend transfers to some smaller institutions can take until Monday morning.
A frozen interface or sluggish page response is often a local network issue rather than a server problem. Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. Also clear your browser's cached data for the banking site specifically — stale cached files frequently cause layout glitches and broken button responses.
Go into your phone's system settings and confirm that notifications are enabled for the banking app. On Android, battery optimization can silently kill background processes that deliver alerts. On iOS, check that notification permissions weren't accidentally revoked after an OS update.
If the SMS code for login or transaction confirmation doesn't arrive, first check your signal strength — poor reception delays or drops messages entirely. Also verify that your registered phone number in the profile is current. If you recently changed your number and didn't update it, codes are still going to the old one.
