If the mobile app freezes on launch or closes immediately, start with the basics: force-quit it, clear the cache in your phone's app settings, then reopen. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Outdated builds are a common culprit behind random crashes.

Declined transactions are frustrating but usually fixable. First, confirm your linked card or bank account is still valid and hasn't expired. Check that billing details match exactly what your bank has on file — even a small mismatch triggers a decline. Some banks block international or online-only transactions by default; call them to authorize it. Also make sure your PayPal balance or backup funding source has enough funds.
If a transfer shows 'pending' for longer than expected, it's often a routine security review. Transfers to new recipients or unusually large amounts get held for 24–72 hours. Nothing to do but wait — canceling and resending won't speed it up and may cause duplicate charges.
If payment confirmations or security codes aren't showing up, check your spam folder first. Add the sender domain to your contacts whitelist. On mobile, go to system settings and make sure notifications are enabled for the app — iOS sometimes resets these after an update.
