Site won't open

If the marketplace does not load at all, first check the basics on your side: disable ad blockers for the domain, clear browser cache and cookies, and try a private window. A stale session or broken script cache often causes a white page, endless loading, or missing buttons. If the desktop site fails, open the app, and if the app fails, test the browser version to isolate the problem.

App keeps freezing
  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Install the latest app version from Google Play or App Store
  • Reboot the phone if product pages or the cart stop responding
  • Free up storage space; low storage can break image loading and checkout screens
  • If the issue started after an update, log out and sign in again to refresh local data
Login code does not arrive

Missing SMS or email codes usually come down to delays on the mobile side, spam filtering, or an outdated contact method in the account. Wait a few minutes, request the code once, not repeatedly, and check spam or promotions folders. Make sure the phone has signal and can receive regular texts. If you changed number or mailbox recently, use the recovery flow instead of retrying the old contact.

Password or login fails
  • Check whether autofill inserted an old password
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces
  • Sign in with the same method you used before: email, phone, or linked social login
  • Reset the password if repeated attempts trigger a temporary lock
  • If two factor authentication is enabled, verify the device time is correct; wrong time can break code validation
Payment does not go through

A failed payment on Allegro may happen before the bank even confirms it. Common causes are an expired card, disabled online payments, 3D Secure confirmation not completed, or the browser blocking the payment window. Try another browser or the app, confirm there is enough balance including any delivery fee, and check whether your bank app is waiting for approval. Avoid repeated retries if an authorization is already pending.

Transfer stays pending
  • Refresh the order page after a few minutes
  • Check bank history to see whether money was reserved or fully charged
  • Do not submit the same transfer again while the first one is pending
  • If you used instant transfer, confirm you returned to the store after bank authorization
  • Save the payment confirmation in case the order status updates late
Search gives wrong results

Search problems are often local: outdated app data, aggressive browser translation, or filters left from a previous session. Clear active filters, switch sorting, and search with fewer keywords. If category pages load but search does not, the index may be updating; waiting a bit and retrying from another device helps confirm that.

Images or video won't load
  • Check whether mobile data saving or browser data saver is blocking media
  • Try a different network if thumbnails never appear
  • Disable extensions that block scripts or media elements
  • Update the browser; old versions may fail on modern image formats or embedded video
  • On the app, clear cache if listings open but photos stay blank
