If the mobile app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, the issue is almost always a stale cache or an outdated build. Clear the app cache through your device settings, then check whether a newer version is available in the app store. If the problem persists, uninstall the app completely and reinstall it fresh.
Authentication failures usually fall into a few categories:
A declined payment is rarely a glitch on the service side. First confirm your card details are entered correctly and the billing address matches what your bank has on file. Check that the card hasn't expired and that your bank hasn't flagged the transaction. Some banks block online payments by default — a quick call to your bank usually resolves it.
Transfer delays often happen during peak hours or when interbank processing queues are long. If a transfer shows as pending for more than a few hours, check the transaction status in your account history. If it shows no status at all, do not retry immediately — duplicate transfers can occur. Contact support with the transaction reference number instead.
Slow page loads are typically a local network issue rather than a server outage. Run a speed test to confirm your connection is stable. Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. Flushing your DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns on Windows, sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on Mac) can also help when pages stall mid-load.
When receipts, statements, or uploaded documents refuse to load, the culprit is often browser extensions or strict privacy settings blocking certain content. Try opening the page in a private browser window without extensions active. If that works, disable extensions one by one to find the conflict. On mobile, a weak signal can also interrupt file fetching — move to a stronger connection and retry.
If push notifications or in-app messages stop coming through, check that notification permissions are enabled for the app in your device settings. On iOS, background app refresh also needs to be active. For email notifications, look in your spam folder and add the sender domain to your safe list.
