bank99 App Won't Open or Crashes

If the mobile app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, start by clearing the app cache in your device settings. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the official store. Make sure your OS version meets the minimum requirements listed on the bank99 website. Outdated Android or iOS versions are a common cause of silent crashes.

Login Fails in Online Banking

A failed login is usually caused by an expired session cookie, an incorrectly saved password, or a temporary account lock after multiple wrong attempts. Clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or switch to the mobile app. If you're locked out after failed attempts, wait 15–30 minutes or contact support to reset access.

Payment Won't Go Through

Check the following before assuming a server problem:

  • Your card has sufficient funds and is not blocked
  • Daily transaction limits have not been reached
  • The recipient's account details are entered correctly
  • Your internet connection is stable at the moment of sending

If all of that looks fine, the payment processor may be experiencing a temporary failure. Try again in a few minutes or use a different payment method available in the app.

Transfer Gets Stuck or Pending

Transfers can hang in a pending state when the bank's processing queue is overloaded or during scheduled maintenance windows. Check the transaction status in your payment history. If it remains pending for more than a few hours and no funds have been debited, contact support with the transaction ID.

Website Not Loading or Timing Out

Slow or failed page loads are often caused by local internet issues rather than server outages. Restart your router, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or try a different device. If the site fails to load across multiple networks and devices, the service may be temporarily down on the provider's end.

Push Notifications Not Arriving
  • Ensure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings
  • Check that battery saver mode is not blocking background activity
  • Re-enable push notifications inside the app's notification settings section
  • Log out and log back in to refresh the connection to the notification service
Interface Freezes During Operation

If buttons stop responding or the screen locks mid-session, force-close the app and reopen it. On the web version, a hard refresh usually resolves temporary rendering issues. If freezing happens repeatedly, check available storage on your device — less than 1 GB free space frequently causes UI performance problems in banking apps.
