Slow or unstable internet is the most common culprit. Disney Plus needs at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Run a speed test, restart your router, and if you're on Wi-Fi — move closer to the access point or switch to a wired connection. Also try lowering the streaming quality in account settings.
Outdated app versions often cause this. Update the app through the App Store or Google Play, then restart your device. If that doesn't help, clear the app cache (on Android: Settings → Apps → Disney+ → Clear Cache). On smart TVs, a full reinstall usually does the trick.
Double-check that Caps Lock is off and you're using the correct email. If you've forgotten the password, use the reset link sent to your inbox — check spam too. Occasionally the issue is a temporary server-side hiccup; waiting 10–15 minutes and trying again resolves it.
Codes like Error 83 or Error 73 usually point to a device compatibility issue or an account region mismatch. Update your device firmware, sign out of all active sessions in account settings, then sign back in on just one device.
If subtitles don't appear or the wrong audio track plays, go to the playback screen and tap the dialogue icon to manually select language and subtitle options. If the settings reset every time, clear the app data and reconfigure your preferences.
