When the SMS with your authentication code fails to come through, first check if your phone number registered in the system matches your current one. Mobile operators sometimes delay messages during peak hours — wait 5-10 minutes before requesting a new code. If you're using dual SIM, make sure the correct number is active. Check your SMS inbox filters and spam folders, as security messages occasionally get misrouted. Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.
The system requires a stable connection and proper lighting when scanning documents. Position your ID card flat against a dark background, avoiding shadows and reflections. Hold your device steady and ensure the entire document fits within the frame markers. If the camera struggles to focus, clean the lens and increase room lighting. Some older phone cameras lack sufficient resolution — try borrowing a newer device for verification.
Browser cache corruption often causes incomplete page rendering. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open cache settings and clear data from the past 24 hours. Disable browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers and privacy tools that might interfere with authentication scripts. Switch to a different browser — Chrome or Firefox typically provide best compatibility. Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
Your authenticator app and BundID server must have synchronized time settings. Go to your phone's date and time settings and enable automatic time zone detection. If using Google Authenticator or similar apps, remove the old entry and scan the QR code again to generate fresh tokens. Time drift of even 30 seconds can cause validation failures.
