If the builder interface freezes on startup or shows a blank screen, the most common culprit is browser cache. Clear your cache and cookies, then reload. Chrome and Edge tend to work best with the builder — if you're on Firefox or Safari and seeing rendering issues, switching browsers often resolves it instantly. Also disable browser extensions one by one, since ad blockers and script blockers frequently interfere with AI-driven page editors.
Incorrect credentials are the obvious first check, but the issue is often a session conflict. Log out of all tabs, clear cookies, and try again. If the password reset email isn't arriving, check your spam folder and make sure your email provider isn't filtering messages from the cyber_Folks domain. Waiting a few minutes before requesting another reset link also helps, since multiple requests in quick succession can cause the system to hold them.
Media files failing to appear after upload usually point to a file format or size issue. The builder handles JPG, PNG, and WebP reliably — avoid TIFF or RAW files. Keep individual images under 5 MB. If an image uploads but shows as broken in the preview, re-upload it after renaming the file to remove spaces and special characters from the filename.
Slow preview rendering is usually tied to your local connection rather than the platform itself. Run a speed test — if your download speed drops below 5 Mbps, the live preview will lag noticeably. Switching from Wi-Fi to a wired connection or restarting your router often brings preview load times back to normal. If the issue persists across different networks, the builder's servers may be under temporary load — waiting 10–15 minutes and retrying usually clears it.
After publishing changes, the updated version may not appear immediately due to DNS propagation or CDN caching. Hard-refresh your browser with Ctrl+Shift+R to bypass the local cache. If visitors still see the old version, the CDN cache typically clears within 30 minutes on its own.
