Unable to log into personal account

If you cannot access your account, first check that your social security number is entered correctly — it should be 13 digits without spaces. The password is case-sensitive, so verify Caps Lock is off. After three failed login attempts, the system temporarily blocks access for security reasons. Wait 15 minutes before trying again. If you forgot your password, use the recovery option on the login page. You will need your date of birth and either your email or mobile number registered with the service.

Website loads slowly or times out
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, especially if you have not done this in a while
  • Try accessing the site from a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with page loading
  • Check if your internet connection is stable by opening other websites
  • Restart your router if other sites also load slowly
Mobile app crashes on startup

Delete the app completely and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. Before reinstalling, restart your phone to clear temporary files. Make sure your operating system is updated — the app requires iOS 12 or Android 8 at minimum. Check available storage space on your device, as insufficient memory often causes apps to malfunction.

Reimbursement documents fail to upload

The accepted formats are PDF, JPEG, and PNG with a maximum file size of 5 MB per document. If your file is larger, compress it using online tools or your phone's photo editor. Ensure the document is clear and readable — blurry scans get rejected automatically. Upload one document at a time rather than multiple files simultaneously, as batch uploads sometimes fail.

Payment status shows as pending

Reimbursements typically process within 5 business days. If the status has not changed after this period, verify that your bank details on file are correct. Incorrect IBAN or BIC codes cause payment failures. Log into your account and check the banking information section under your profile settings.
