Website Fails to Load or Times Out

If the Dunea website won't open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a different browser. If it still doesn't load, check whether your DNS settings might be causing the issue — switching to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) often helps. Also verify that your internet connection itself is stable by opening a few other sites.

Login Errors in Your Personal Account

A failed login is usually caused by one of a few things:

  • Incorrect credentials — try resetting your password via the 'Forgot password' link
  • Browser autofill inserting an old password — clear the field and type it manually
  • Session cookie conflicts — log out fully, clear cookies, and log in again
  • Account temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts — wait 15–30 minutes before retrying

If none of these work, contact Dunea support directly since the issue may be on the account level.

Online Payment Not Going Through

Failed payments are often a bank-side block rather than a service issue. Contact your bank to confirm that online transactions are enabled for your card. Also check that your card hasn't expired and that the billing details you entered exactly match what your bank has on file. If the problem persists across multiple cards, try a different payment method or browser.

App Freezes or Interface Is Unresponsive

A frozen app screen is usually fixed by force-closing and reopening the application. If it keeps happening, uninstall and reinstall the app to clear any corrupted local data. Make sure you're running the latest version — outdated builds often have stability bugs that are already patched in newer releases.

Account Page Loads Blank or Incomplete

This typically happens when scripts fail to load properly. Disable any browser extensions (especially ad blockers) temporarily, then reload the page. If you're using a corporate or public network, certain content may be filtered — switching to a mobile connection can quickly confirm whether that's the cause.

Confirmation Emails or Messages Not Arriving

If you're not receiving confirmation messages after a payment or registration, check your spam folder first. Delays can also occur during high-traffic periods — wait a few minutes and request a resend. If the email address on your account has a typo, you'll need to contact support to correct it before any messages can reach you.
