If you can't access your patient account, first check your email for the correct login credentials. Many clinics using this platform send invitation links that expire after 24 hours. Request a new invitation from your healthcare provider if the link no longer works. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in through an incognito window. Password reset emails sometimes land in spam folders, so check there before requesting another reset.

Appointment booking errors on website

Booking failures usually happen when appointment slots get taken by other patients during your selection process. Refresh the page and choose a different time slot. If the calendar doesn't load at all, switch to another browser. Chrome and Firefox work best with this scheduling system. Disable browser extensions that block scripts, as they interfere with the booking engine. Check if your clinic has enabled online booking for your appointment type, some services require phone confirmation.

Payment processing failures

  • Verify your card supports online payments and has sufficient funds

This fixes corrupted data that prevents proper server communication.

Documents and images won't upload

File size limits typically restrict uploads to 5-10MB per document. Compress large files before uploading. Accepted formats are usually PDF, JPG, and PNG. HEIC photos from iPhones need conversion to JPG first. Slow internet speeds cause upload timeouts, try using a stronger WiFi network. Multiple simultaneous uploads often fail, so add files one at a time.
