Booking page freezes during seat selection

The interface stops responding when you try to pick seats. This happens because of outdated browser cache. Clear your cookies and cached files in browser settings, then restart the browser completely. If you use Safari, switch to Chrome or Firefox — airline booking systems work more stable there. Another option: open the page in incognito mode to avoid cache conflicts.

Payment declined despite sufficient funds

Your card gets rejected at checkout even though money is available. Contact your bank first — they might block international transactions automatically. Ask them to whitelist airline payments. Also check if your card supports 3D Secure authentication, most European carriers require it now. Try a different payment method: PayPal or another credit card often solves the issue immediately.

Mobile app crashes on Android devices
  • Uninstall the app completely, don't just update it
  • Restart your phone before installing again
  • Download the latest version from Google Play
  • Check if your Android OS needs an update
  • Free up at least 2GB of storage space
  • Disable battery optimization for this app in settings
Cannot log into account after password reset

The new password doesn't work even though you followed the reset link. Wait 15-20 minutes after changing it — systems need time to sync. Make sure you're entering the email address exactly as registered, including dots and capital letters. Check spam folder for the actual reset email, sometimes phishing filters catch legitimate messages. If nothing helps, use the 'Forgot password' option again but from a different device.

Boarding pass won't download or display

The PDF fails to open or shows blank page. Your phone might lack a proper PDF reader — install Adobe Acrobat or similar app. Screenshot the boarding pass immediately after check-in as backup. Poor internet connection interrupts the download, connect to stable WiFi and try again. Sometimes the file is corrupted, go back to 'My bookings' section and regenerate it.
