If that doesn't help, disable browser extensions temporarily—ad blockers and privacy tools sometimes interfere with content delivery networks. Try accessing the site in incognito mode to rule out extension conflicts.

Login credentials rejected repeatedly

Double-check your username and email format. The system distinguishes between capital and lowercase letters in passwords. If you've recently changed your password, wait 5-10 minutes for synchronization across servers. Clear stored passwords in your browser settings and re-enter them manually. Check if cookies are enabled—authentication requires them to function properly.

Articles won't open or display errors
  • Switch to a different browser to test if the issue persists
  • Update your current browser to the latest version
  • Disable hardware acceleration in browser settings
  • Check if JavaScript is enabled in site permissions
  • Remove browsing data older than 24 hours
Search function returns no results

The search index updates periodically, so newly published content might not appear immediately. Use more general keywords instead of exact phrases. If search consistently fails, your DNS cache might be outdated—flush it by running ipconfig /flushdns in Windows Command Prompt or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on Mac. Restart your router afterward.

Mobile app crashes on startup

Uninstall and reinstall the application completely. Before reinstalling, restart your phone to clear temporary system files. Ensure your operating system meets minimum requirements—iOS 13 or Android 8.0 at least. Check available storage space; apps need extra room for cache beyond their installation size. Revoke and re-grant permissions in phone settings if crashes continue after updates.

Comments section won't load

This usually happens when third-party cookies are blocked. Go to browser privacy settings and add the domain to exceptions. Some corporate or public networks restrict comment systems—try switching to mobile data temporarily to confirm. Clear site-specific data while keeping other browsing history intact.
