Service info and troubleshooting

App won't connect to Access Point

The most common issue happens when the mobile app can't establish connection with your Access Point. First, check that your router hasn't changed the IP address assigned to the device. Go into your router settings and reserve a static IP for the Access Point. Also verify that port 2010 isn't blocked by your firewall. If you recently changed your WiFi password, you'll need to reconnect the Access Point to the network using the reset button.

Devices show as unreachable

When smart home devices appear offline in the interface, the problem usually lies in radio interference. Move your Access Point away from metal objects, aquariums, and thick concrete walls. Other wireless equipment operating on 868 MHz can also cause conflicts. Try relocating battery-powered devices closer to the Access Point or add a repeater to extend range. Check battery levels too, as low power affects transmission quality.

Automation rules stop working

Scheduled actions and scenarios sometimes fail to trigger. This happens when the Access Point loses internet connection temporarily and its internal clock drifts. The system relies on accurate time for automations. Reboot the Access Point and verify it can reach NTP servers. Also check if you accidentally set conflicting rules that block each other. Review your automation logic in the app and test each rule individually.

Firmware update fails midway

Interrupted updates can leave devices in unstable state. Never unplug the Access Point during update process. If update stalls, wait at least 15 minutes before taking action. The device needs time to complete internal procedures. Should it fail completely, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, then attempt the update again through the app. Make sure your internet connection is stable before starting.

Push notifications arrive late

Delayed alerts defeat the purpose of smart security. Check your phone's battery optimization settings, these often restrict background activity for the app. Add it to the exception list. On iPhone, verify that notifications are enabled in system settings. Also examine your home network upload speed, poor bandwidth causes message delays. The Access Point sends notifications through cloud servers, so any connectivity hiccup creates lag.
