Website won't load or shows error

Clear your browser cache and cookies first. jameda runs heavy scripts for appointment booking, so outdated cached files often cause loading failures. Try opening the site in incognito mode. If it works there, your extensions might block necessary scripts. Disable ad blockers temporarily since they sometimes interfere with the booking interface. Switch browsers if the problem persists.

Can't log into patient account

Double-check your email address for typos. The platform doesn't differentiate between login methods, so if you registered through a social account, use that same method. Click password reset if you're unsure. Check your spam folder for the reset email, it sometimes lands there. Wait 10 minutes before trying again if you see a lockout message after multiple failed attempts.

Appointment booking button doesn't respond
  • Disable browser extensions one by one to find the culprit
  • Update your browser to the latest version
  • Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings
  • Try a different device to rule out local issues
  • Clear site permissions and reload the page
Search results show no doctors

The filter combination might be too specific. Remove some filters and search again. Location services must be enabled for accurate results. If searching by postal code, verify you entered it correctly. Try broadening your search radius. The specialty filter sometimes glitches, so type the specialty name directly instead.

Reviews won't submit or disappear

You need a verified appointment to leave a review. The system checks this automatically. Reviews undergo moderation, so they don't appear instantly. Write at least 50 characters for the text to be accepted. Avoid special characters or URLs in your review text, the system flags them as spam. Save your text externally before submitting in case it fails.

Mobile app crashes on startup
  • Force close the app completely and restart
  • Update to the newest version from your app store
  • Free up phone storage, the app needs cache space
  • Reinstall the app if updates don't help
  • Check your phone's operating system is supported
