App won't open

If the mobile app hangs on the splash screen or closes immediately, the usual cause is an outdated build, damaged cache, or a temporary backend outage. Update the app through the store, force stop it, clear cache, and restart the phone. If the problem started right after an update, reinstalling often fixes broken local files.

Login code does not arrive
  • Check whether the phone number entered in the account matches the one currently in use
  • Make sure SMS reception works at all: flight mode, weak signal, or full message storage can block delivery
  • Wait a few minutes before requesting a new code, because repeated attempts may trigger a temporary limit
  • If email login is enabled, check spam and delayed mailbox sync
Personal account shows an error

A blank dashboard, endless loading, or a generic error message usually points to expired session data or browser issues. Sign out and log in again, clear cookies for the site, disable content blockers for that page, and try another browser. On mobile web, switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data can help rule out a local network problem.

Payment does not go through
  • Verify the card has online payments enabled and enough balance for the full amount, including possible verification holds
  • Re-enter card details manually: copied numbers and expired saved cards are common causes
  • Check whether 3D Secure confirmation opened correctly; if the bank approval window was closed, the payment may remain unfinished
  • Try a smaller interval between attempts, because too many retries can be treated as suspicious activity
Transfer is stuck pending

If money transfer status does not change for a long time, first check whether the recipient details were entered exactly. Delays also happen when the bank is processing confirmation or when the service is under heavy load. Do not send the same transfer again until the first one gets a final status, otherwise a duplicate debit is possible.

Search finds nothing

Search failures usually come from filters, outdated app data, or temporary indexing problems. Remove extra filters, shorten the query, and refresh the page. If results differ between app and browser, the mobile client likely needs an update.

Messages are not sent
  • Confirm that the internet connection is stable, not just connected
  • Restart the chat screen and check whether the message remains with a sending indicator
  • Large attachments may fail on weak networks; try sending text first
  • If only one contact is affected, the issue may be with that specific conversation thread rather than the whole service
Media and video do not load

Photos, documents, or video previews may fail because of slow internet, low free storage, or denied app permissions. Check storage space, allow access to media files, and test playback on another network. If thumbnails load but the full file does not, the connection is usually the bottleneck.

Site is temporarily unavailable

When the website returns a server error, opens partially, or responds very slowly, the fix is often just time and a fresh retry. Reload the page, try incognito mode, and check whether other sites work normally. If only this service is failing across devices and networks, the problem is likely on the server side.
